Hydrologische und meteorologische Messwerte werden in Echtzeit erfasst und kontinuierlich auf einen Server \u00fcbertragen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus der Kombination der Daten und deren Analyse lassen sich Informationen gewinnen, die sich bei individueller Betrachtung der Daten nicht erschliessen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gegenstand des Auftrags war es, das System inhaltlich und funktional zu konzipieren, sowie ein Grobkonzept f\u00fcr die technisch Umsetzung zu erstellen. Mit einer Requirement-Analyse wurden die inhaltlichen und funktionalen Bed\u00fcrfnisse aller Stakeholder identifiziert. Die Analyse und Priorisierung der Anforderungen bildet die Grundlage f\u00fcr das Grobkonzept EnVIS. In einer Markanalyse wurden existierenden Systeme identifiziert. Mit einer Matrix wurde gepr\u00fcft, ob und inwieweit die Systeme die Anforderungen von EnVIS erf\u00fcllen.
